Throughout our house you got free wireless internet access.

Since the Fliegerhäusle is also popular among families, we ask you to observe a rest period from 8 pm.

We kindly ask you to take this into account on the communal terrace on the 1st floor.

Please note that smoking is not permitted throughout our house, both in the rooms, the common areas, the terrace and the private balconies. 

This must be strictly adhered to for reasons of fire protection and out of consideration for all other guests.

Pets are welcome! You can bring maximum permissible two pets per room and it´s 15€ per pet/night.

Please also use the online Check-in for your pet. You have to register your pet in advance! Out of respect for our other guests, dogs have to be kept on a leash in common area.

During your stay, there is one parking lot per room for free. Please do not use it after your check-out to keep it free for the next guests.

All rooms are equipped with a satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, shower/WC, a hairdryer, a mini fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee making facilities.

The large communal terrace with lake view is located on the 1st floor and can be used by all our guests.

As stated in the booking confirmation, we do not offer a daily room cleaning service. Our cleaning agent comes as often as possible and cleans the remaining rooms free of charge. Please contact us if you need help.

Your room is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival.

After completing this process properly, you will receive a code for your keys one day in advance via email. At short notice reservations you get the code directly via email.

You can check out by 10 am and leave the key inserted from the outside.

Guests who have paid with a virtual credit card on a booking portal will pay the tourist tax on arrival at the check-in terminal (this is always separately 3€ per person/day from the age of 16), the balance will appear at the terminal once you have entered your name or booking number.

Payment can be made at the Check-in terminal by credit card or EC card.

Cash payment at the Check-in terminal is NOT possible.
